I’m Chef Jennifer. I work as a private chef catering for events large and small around the Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire areas.  With my small band of  trusty staff, we prepare all the food and transport it to the venue before serving it – hot or cold as required.

I love to eat at both fine restaurants and gastro-pubs where I pick up many ideas which can be incorporated into our menus. I’m naturally more of a classic cook, however modern cuisine has an endless fascination. I’m always on the look out for new and exciting flavour combinations (that work!) to enhance my repertoire.

Many of my customers hire me when they celebrate those special birthdays, so whether it’s an intimate dinner for 2, a family lunch for 14 or a party for 120, it’s always an interesting challenge to provide food which appeals to everyone and has the WOW factor.
